Bowen’s Creek Walk
(return approx. 1hr)
On this walk you will drop about 250m down below the Love Tee Pee to explore the pristine Bowen’s Creek area of the property. The easiest way down is to find the newly cut track the begins just behind the Love Tee Pee. This will lead you down to a firetrail that continues all the way to the creek.
As you head down the hill there are acouple of excellent lookouts over the gorge, but be carefull when approaching the cliffline. Towards the bottom of the hil the firetrail does a sharp left and narrows in to a foot-track. Continue on this until you reach the creek. The clear water is excellent swimming in summer and there is a picnic area with seats and a fireplacec for lunch. Make sure you explore immediately downstream to see the ruins of an old convict built saw mill in the creek.

Bowen’s Gorge Lookout
(approx. 10min return)
One of the best and most easily accessable lookouts over the gorge is only a couple minutes walk from the Love Tee Pee. Follow the newly cut track behind Love Tee Pee untill it joins the main firetrail that leads down to the creek. Head down this firetrail only a couple of hundred meters until you see a track cut into the scrub on the left hand side (just after the junction with another firetrail on the right). Squeezing through the scrub for about ten meters you will come to a large flat rockface that has stunning views over the gorge.
